Frequently asked questions

Your property qualifies for a grant if both of the following are true. You must: - own the property you're applying for (including if it's a business, a second home, or a property you rent out to tenants) - be replacing fossil fuel heating systems - such as oil, gas, electric or LPG (liquefied petroleum gas)

Once you have confirmed a date for us to start work we expect to install your air source heat pump system within two to five days.

Just like a responsible homeowner has their boiler serviced annually, we recommend that your air source heat pump should undergo an annual inspection.

You can leave that to Design Heating. You may need to supply some documents such as proof of homeownership and a valid Energy Performance Certificate for the boiler you are replacing.
